We know that you will absolutely love your new Semilla Skincare purchase! Please choose from our range carefully as we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and immediately rectify the situation.
It is of the upmost importance to Semilla Skincare to deal with your concerns quickly, efficiently and fairly and be completely transparent in everything we do. We want you to be completely satisfied and confident with your Semilla Skincare purchase and will do whatever we can to solve your problem in a fair, ethical and compassionate manner.
All of our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Semilla Skincare will reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or in damaged condition as per Australian Consumer Law. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must first notify us at orders@semillaskincare.com.au along with any relevant photo or information prior to returning the goods. Items must be returned to our warehouse withing 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed once the item(s) have been received by our staff.
PLEASE NOTE:
To be able to return a faulty product, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (including receipt, e-receipt, order number or confirmation).
All faulty or damaged refund payments will be made for the amount on the original purchase receipt (excluding shipping cost).
The only exception in where Semilla Skincare will be responsible for any return costs is where we have sent you an incorrect or faulty item. In these rare and unlikely circumstances, we will cover the costs associated with having to return the item(s). This refund will not exceed our standard shipping fee for the item(s) needing to be returned and can only be paid once the item(s) have been received by our staff.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
